Refund and Exchange Policy

Conditions of return and exchange:

What should you provide?

1.Send You Order Number and some photo including the external packing to enjoyseries.com Contact US. we will be very appreciated if you can write down your return reason.

2.Write down You Order Number on the paper and put it in the parcels for quick return.

Time required for refund and exchange

Exchange：We will prepare the new items that you exchange and deliver them within 3 day after we receive you exchange parcel.

Refund:Within 1-3 working days after we receive your returning parcel.

If you place the order by Paypal , you will probably receive the refund within 2-3 working days.
If you place the order by credit card , you will probably receive the refund within 7-14 working days.

Cost：

During the transaction, there is no problem with the product. If the customer needs to return or replace the product, the logistics costs incurred should be borne by the customer

（1）Please keep the original package and all information as well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.
Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

（2）If a  customer return a product without our permission ,we are afraid your case would not be accepted .
Only maker doesn't accept the exchange or canceling after your products has been shipped.
